OUR Pacific Islander National Community Development Institute (PINCDI), is a National Non-Profit; Functioning as a Platform with the PURPOSE to INTEGRATE OUR PIs NATIONALLY as an ECO-SYSTEM as the BASIS of OUR DEVELOPMENT with CAPITAL for sustainable success.
SION is to DEVELOP OUR Pacific Islanders EXPERTISE & BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURSHIP & NONPROFIT COMMUNITY GROUPS - through a SYSTEM ENGINEERING BEST ORACTICES with CAPITAL to mature systems to enable sustainable scaling
Our Mission
At PINCDI, our mission is to empower Pacific Islander communities and individuals across America by providing them the tools, resources and support they need to thrive. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to fostering prosperity, self-reliance, and economic growth within Pacific Islander communities and beyond.
What We Do
Our "Learning by Doing Academy" is a technology from the Pacific; where we don't learn academically rather we learn by doing for Muscle Memories with our cultural values, skills, and talents that enable our business processes & systems. Through our programs, we help participants:
- Develop Expertise: Gain hands-on experience and become experts in the fields such as construction, caregiving, logistics and supply chain, food and restaurant services.
- Build Systems & Processes for Profitable Businesses: Learn how to establish, manage, and scale businesses that are profitable and sustainable.
- Strengthen Communities: Foster thriving Pacific Islander communities that contribute to the local and national economic development.

Why It Matters
For decades other communities have attached our Pacific Islanders (PI) acronym along side their names with the intent to collect funding from the work off our backs and distribute only .0001% to PI.
Federal agencies and private institutions offer funding and resources to directly help develop Pacific Islander and minority businesses.
PINCDI serves as a Bridge to the GAP, helping communities access these opportunities and implement them effectively. By nurturing self-reliant and economically productive communities, we contribute to the broader goal of strengthening America's economy.
